Years hands on Experience
Prado’s Home Improvement grew out of years of real, on site work. Owner Johan Prado started in construction at a young age and learned the trade the practical way, on residential job sites. Over time his experience grew to cover remodeling, repairs, decks, painting, flooring, and larger home improvement projects for homes throughout the region.
He built Prado’s Home Improvement on a simple idea: treat every home with care, do the work right, and keep homeowners informed at each step. That focus on dependable workmanship and honest communication still guides how our team works today. We are a local, family run company, and the homes we improve belong to our own neighbors across Eastern North Carolina.
Johan leads Prado’s Home Improvement and oversees the work on every project. With more than 15 years in construction and home improvement, he brings real, on site knowledge to the planning, building, and finishing of each job.
Kevin manages projects from the first meeting to the final walkthrough. He coordinates the schedule, the crew, and the details, so the work stays on track and homeowners always know what comes next.
Our skilled crew members round out the team and appear in many of our real project photos. Together we handle each job as one connected team, so you are never left coordinating separate trades on your own.
